Return Policy - malitai

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and applies to all orders of blazers, dresses, tops and shorts on https://www.malitai.com/, operated by Jilin Xueyu Clothing Co., Ltd.

1. Return Time Limit

You may apply for return within 30 calendar days after receiving your package. Once approved, you must ship the returned goods within 7 calendar days. Applications submitted after this time window will be rejected.

2. Eligible Return Items

Items can be returned only if they meet all conditions: unused, unwashed, unstained, undamaged, with original tags and full packaging intact. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Worn, altered, washed or customer-damaged goods are not eligible for return.

3. Official Return Warehouse & Country

All returns must be shipped to China (our registered office warehouse). Return Address: Jilin Xueyu Clothing Co., Ltd., Room 1-B01, Building 23, Kaigou City, Fumin Subdistrict, Meihekou City, Jilin Province, P.R.China No alternative address is valid. Shipments sent to wrong addresses will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Fee Responsibility

• Seller’s fault (wrong item, missing goods, manufacturing quality defect): We cover return shipping fees.
• Buyer’s personal reasons (size mismatch, dislike of style, changed mind): Buyer bears all return-related costs fully.

For personal-reason returns, the buyer needs to pay international shipping fees, China import duties, customs clearance fees and all related surcharges. Estimated return cost: International return freight from US, UK, Canada and Europe back to China ranges from $30 – $80 USD, depending on package weight, dimensions and courier service. Original shipping fee you paid at checkout is non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Refund Processing Time

After your returned parcel arrives at our China warehouse and passes inspection: We will initiate your refund within 3–5 working days. The funds will show in your original payment account within 5–10 working days, subject to bank and payment platform processing speed. We will NOT issue pre-refund before goods arrive and pass inspection.

6. Exchange Rule

Exchange requests must get prior email approval. Exchange shipping cost follows the same liability rules as returns.

7. Governing Law

All return disputes are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. All returned merchandise must be delivered to our mainland China warehouse.
