This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://www.malitai.com/, operated by Jilin Xueyu Clothing Co., Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Free Shipping Offer

We provide FREE worldwide standard shipping for every order, no minimum purchase requirement. Even orders with only one item qualify for free shipping. No shipping charge will be added at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays and weekends). Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–15 business days. Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed date. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, carrier backlogs, remote delivery regions, peak shopping seasons or unexpected international logistics events.

3. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email with your unique tracking number. You can track your package delivery status online through the tracking link. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All destination-country import duties, customs taxes, clearance fees and related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. malitai / Jilin Xueyu Clothing Co., Ltd. will not cover any customs fees incurred during international delivery. We cannot predict the amount of customs charges, as rules vary by country and package value.

5. Address Requirements

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or extra charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping addresses. If you need to modify your address, contact us by email before your order is shipped. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives with obvious damage during transit, please email our customer service within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. You will need to provide photos of the outer package and damaged goods for us to investigate with the logistics carrier. We will review each case and offer reasonable solutions based on carrier feedback.

7. Restricted Delivery

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel shipments to regions with strict shipping restrictions, unstable logistics or high risk of customs seizure. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if we cannot fulfill your shipment.
